Job Description

A Property Consultant acts as a key intermediary between property buyers and sellers, providing essential real estate services to meet client needs effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of property markets, valuation methods, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Proficient in the use of real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate agent/property consultant license, as required by local law.
