Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience working in the real estate industry, preferably as a consultant.
  • Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software applications.
  • A valid real estate consultant license or certification as required by law.
