Office Assistant (or Project Administrator)

Role Description

  • Project administration and monitoring
  • Tasks prioritization
  • Report Procurement status
  • Keeping all internal stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the procurement process
  • Onboarding of new team members on SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Risk management
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Identify risks/showstoppers and propose quick mitigation actions.
  • Procurement management
  • Support TPMO team during creation of project procurement plans
  • Create and follow up procurement requests until final delivery (with proper Quality control upon delivery)
  • Follow up on invoices and corresponding payments
  • Interface Management of Stakeholders within TII Ecosystem:
  • ARRC PMO, Procurement, Logistics, etc.

Technical knowledge

  • Project Management tools (i.e., Jira, SAP, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
