Procurement Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Procurement Team Leader to lead our procurement operations within construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining cost-effective procurement in alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.

• Review contracts and their extracted comparisons to validate the quality of taken decisions and provide guidance accordingly.
• Precatively Identify Relevant vendors for new projects to be able to choose the most suitable.
• Discuss the proposed project strategy with the management
• Solve any technical, project related issues with vendors to ensure proper flow to the projects.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports to be presented to the management.\
• Act as a trusted advisor to the project management to reactively & precatively manage all the procurement related challenges.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience in the construction or infrastructure sector.
• UAE local market experience is a must.
• Familiarity with international sourcing and logistics in construction.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CSCP, or PMP is a plus.
