A Principal Solutions Engineer (CX) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and customer expectations. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cutting-edge solutions to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions with key stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends to incorporate new technologies into customer experience strategies.
  • Optimize solution architectures to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of systems.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support solution deployment and maintenance.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on effective solution implementation.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and audits of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure lingering support and satisfaction of solutions implemented.
  • Negotiate service agreements and timelines to manage and meet customer expectations.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to enhance their skills in solutions engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver results on time.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff and peers in technical domains.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and embrace continuous learning opportunities.
