About The Role
This position plays a key role in the daily planning and coordination of our service operations, directly supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to end users.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Update the Master Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule (90, 60, and 30 days)
Manage the SR backlog and validate scheduled hours for PM visits
Assign and pre-schedule work orders based on technician skillsets and availability
Contact customers to coordinate and confirm initial visits
Estimate and adjust work hours in work orders and scheduled hours
Provide feedback and flag resource availability concerns to the Branch Manager
Review technical work, approve timesheets, and manage technician expenses
Manage service renewal processes and SR bookings
Create startup forecast work orders
Incorporate CBM into PM planning for connected chillers
Highlight technician shortages and support recruitment decisions
Skill Set
Strong project planning and coordination skills
HVAC technical background and understanding of work-hour estimation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
Problem-solving, team-oriented, and results-driven
Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills
Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Diploma in Engineering or related field is a plus
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
