Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the organization's sales by actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the value of the company’s products and services while building strong relationships with clients in various settings. You will be on the front lines, promoting and selling products to both businesses and individuals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new potential clients through various lead generation channels.
  • Conduct on-site meetings with potential customers to understand their needs.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
  • Engage with customers regularly to nurture long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Report daily and weekly sales activities and results to management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry market conditions.
  • Provide feedback and insights on sales processes and client expectations.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to expand network and market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in outdoor sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections.
  • Aged and willing to travel frequently as part of the job requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for reporting purposes.
