Job Description

The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning. Positioned at the core of the operational framework, the Operations Executive coordinates between different departments, formulates operational strategies, and implements systems and processes that contribute to the overall productivity of the organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, effective communication, and meticulous organizational skills to align operational activities with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for optimizing workflows, ensuring that the operational objectives are met consistently and sustainably. They will work closely with senior management to develop strategic initiatives that aim to improve overall performance and contribute positively to the company's growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and task execution.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets to maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency across departments.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee inventory and supply chain management to meet production needs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to foster professional development and growth.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for business continuity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for team management and motivation.
  • Proficient in using operational management software and tools effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management techniques.
