Job Description

As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you will play a critical role in the real estate industry by assisting clients in purchasing properties that are still in the development phase. You will guide prospective buyers through the entire process of evaluating and purchasing properties before they are fully built, ensuring they make informed investment decisions. Your extensive knowledge of real estate markets, particularly off-plan properties, will be essential in advising clients on potential locations, developments, pricing strategies, and future returns. You will be the bridge between developers and potential buyers, providing detailed insights and support to facilitate successful transactions. This dynamic role demands exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong analytical abilities to forecast market trends effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on potential off-plan property investments with detailed market analyses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and potential investors.
  • Present and promote current and upcoming off-plan property developments to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sale on behalf of clients effectively.
  • Assist clients through the entire purchasing process, from interest to final sale.
  • Coordinate with developers to secure the best pricing and terms for investors.
  • Monitor market trends to provide trusted advice to clients promptly.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Attend property exhibitions and meetings to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of available off-plan developments.
  • Answer client queries and provide consistent follow-up to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure all legal property sale requirements are accurately met and documented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly off-plan properties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data effectively.
  • Knowledge of regional real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM and other sales-related software tools.
