About the Job:

Lead and manage the development of the organization’s corporate strategy and the long-term business plans in line with the Company’s mission & vision, business imperatives and objectives through designing and implementing a multi-layer corporate Strategy management framework to support the company executing its strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - PART 1:

Corporate Planning

  • Lead and manage the development of the organization’s corporate strategy and long-term business plans in line with the Vision and Mission.
  • Lead the development of corporate strategy framework across all business operational units to help in the implementation of corporate strategy to achieve the best outcome.
  • Lead the Five-Year Strategic Planning process to ensure alignment with the long term corporate strategic business imperatives and strategic objectives.
  • Lead and ensure the collection, analysis, and consolidation of corporate data to prepare the Five-Year Business Plan for the Management and Industrial Shareholders
  • Reconcile Business Plans with previous plans while ensuring alignment, accuracy, and consistency to facilitate decision making.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - PART 2:

Strategy Management

  • Design and implement multilayer strategy management framework/ process across the organization to ensure adequate monitoring of strategy and support driving the company towards its objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead and manage the corporate target setting process through the introduction of new KPI’s and revisiting/evaluating the existing KPI targets based on business priorities, strategic objectives, current operation scenarios and historical trends.
  • Develop strategy reviewing process with Senior management and other stakeholders to trigger strategic discussion on the strategy of company and provide management with strategy gap analysis and areas for improvement to improve the corporate overall strategy ensure that company’s Management and the Shareholders have a clear insight into the company's strategy based on Key Strategy Indicators.
  • Lead the development of business unit’s annual targets and initiatives and alignment of all functions scorecards to ensure proper execution of the strategy.
  • Supervise, maintain uploading the necessary data to Corporate Management System (CPMS) on timely manner
  • Manage the process of ensuring the integrity, accuracy and validity of operational data received from end users pertaining to the corporate Strategy contract, ADNOC instructions and management directives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - PART 3:

  • Manage the process of identification and implementation of the Business Action Plan based on highlighted strategy gaps and the operational and strategic issues/incidents. Initiate, manage and follow up the implementation of key recommendations to ensure that strategy gaps are duly addressed.
  • Manage the preparation activities for Company Shareholders’ including strategy reporting to Board Meetings ensuring proper arrangements and availability of required materials and documents for the meetings.
  • Manage the development and report strategy of the corporate Management Information System on (CPMS) to ensure efficiency of corporate reporting and timely availability of the information required for decision making and recommend for improvement of the company Strategy Management System.

Corporate Reporting

  • Lead the development and timely implementation of corporate reporting standards and frameworks using (CPMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency of corporate information provided to company Management and Shareholders.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and consolidation of corporate data to prepare and publish periodic corporate reports, to provide Company Management and Shareholders with timely information.

Training

  • Ensure adequate orientation or briefing is conducted for Business Support staff and new employees in the use of the Strategy Management System.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 12 years of experience in Strategy Management and corporate reporting systems in a large organization, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
