Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a financial institution, preferably in a lending role.
  • Strong understanding of lending processes, credit analysis, and financial laws.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
