Job Description

The Junior Key Account Manager in the Beauty industry plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing business relationships with key clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the beauty market trends to effectively drive sales and develop strategic plans that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with the senior sales team and marketing department to aid in the growth of our beauty accounts, coordinate promotional efforts, and ensure customer retention through exemplary service and support. Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key beauty accounts to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
  • Implement promotional activities in alignment with business needs and market trends.
  • Monitor market conditions to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze sales data regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns building brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Report on account performance, challenges, and successes to senior management regularly.
  • Track competitor activities and developments within the beauty industry.
  • Support the accounts team with forecasting and budgeting for client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in account management or sales preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications required.
  • Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and current market knowledge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
