The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Financing Solutions team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex financial models, information memoranda provided by clients to synthesize into debt financing term sheets to support origination efforts
• Structuring and execution of financing transactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and relationship managers to support credit approvals and client engagement
• Manage transaction workflows, including supporting syndication and distribution strategies, book running and document coordination
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance deal positioning
• Uphold organizational policies and service standards across all client and internal interactions
• Work on internal initiatives with other team members to deliver continuous improvement initiatives within the Investment Banking group

Preferred Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, with proven exposure to transaction origination and execution
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields
• Experience managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments
