Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of design projects from concept through to completion.

• Source and procure high-quality decor items and materials for projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and rendering software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
