Job Description

The role of an Indoor Sales Executive is pivotal in driving the company's sales and building strong customer relationships. As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, all from within the company's premises. You will utilize your communication skills to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements. This position requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and possesses the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Your ultimate goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and success of the company’s market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling and client referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to maximize sales.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Conduct informative product presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals that effectively address client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet company objectives.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively promote company offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and materials.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market insights and improvements.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide updates on sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in an indoor setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of work effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and attitude.
