Job Description

As an HVAC Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by driving the sales of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support during the HVAC system selection and customization process.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless product installation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets within designated territories.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products and services.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with leads and customers through CRM tools and systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or related technical sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite for tracking and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
