Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, is looking for a technical and detail-oriented HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our dynamic team! Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi. Join our Engineering team as an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician! At Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, we believe every detail contributes to a comfortable and memorable guest experience — including the air they breathe. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable A/C, HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to help keep our systems running efficiently and our guests feeling right at home.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, maintain, and repair all A/C, HVAC, and refrigeration systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust fans, and cold rooms.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in heating, ventilation, and refrigeration units to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and record all maintenance activities accurately.
• Monitor energy consumption and contribute to hotel energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues with minimal guest disruption.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or technical certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems, preferably in a hotel or facilities maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling, electrical systems, and safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, guest-focused approach and commitment to high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call schedules as required.
• Must obtain certification or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
