Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping a dynamic work environment that supports both business objectives and employee well-being. Your role will encompass a variety of HR functions including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will collaborate with department heads to develop strategies that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement and retention. Your leadership will be pivotal in advancing a positive organizational culture and ensuring sustainable growth. With your expertise, you will create, implement, and evaluate HR policies and programs that address both immediate and long-term business challenges.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract diverse talent pool.
  • Manage employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
  • Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Design and monitor performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage employee relations issues.
  • Develop compensation and benefits structures that are competitive and equitable.
  • Advise management on HR issues and develop strategies to resolve workforce challenges.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and environment.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to improve decision-making processes.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution processes efficiently and fairly.
  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to support long-term business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role in HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIPD) preferred but not mandatory.
