  • Coordinate HR mailings and ensure distribution to appropriate personnel as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in human resources is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role within HR.
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
