Job Description

The HR and Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping a company's workforce and enhancing its culture. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company culture.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified talent.
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations through conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in operations.
  • Oversee performance management activities, setting objectives and evaluating performance.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Coordinate with management to forecast staffing needs and manage workforce planning.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization effectively.
  • Act as a consultant to managers on human resource-related issues and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations at local and national levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR departments or teams successfully.
  • Experience in using HR software and databases for managing HR functions efficiently.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
