Housekeeping Attendant

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest accommodations in our facility. You will be responsible for providing a spotless, organized environment conducive to relaxation and satisfaction. Your role involves executing cleaning tasks, restocking amenities, and ensuring that the highest standards of sanitation and comfort are upheld. You will work closely within a team, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service. Your efforts will ensure that every guest experiences a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere, essential for their comfort and overall impression of our service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms and ensure they meet the HH cleanliness standards.
• Remove all used towels, replace them with clean ones, and restock room supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards found in the apartment.
• Ensure all cleaning products and tools are used in accordance with health safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve housekeeping quality standards and quotas.
• Handle guest queries and provide prompt and courteous responses or report them to management.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest apartment and privacy of guests.
• Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
• Respect guests' personal items while being attentive to housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service.
• Strong attention to detail to identify areas needing cleaning or service.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Capability to follow safety and hygiene regulations as directed by management.
