Job Description

The Sales Account Manager - Property plays a critical role in a company’s real estate division. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively to drive sales performance. The Sales Account Manager should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a keen understanding of the property market, and the ability to manage accounts comprehensively. This involves crafting tailored solutions for clients, participating in strategic planning, and contributing to overall business development. The role requires a proactive, client-focused approach to maximize sales revenue and promote business growth, while simultaneously providing exceptional client service to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of real estate client accounts with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve key property sales objectives.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Create and deliver presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the company.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients, addressing their issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and grow opportunities within the property market.
  • Monitor and analyze client account performance and prepare reports on account status.
  • Develop new business with existing and potential clients or identify areas of improvement.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends to provide insights to clients.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to maintain strong market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role within real estate.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively seek solutions in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with sales tracking and reporting.
  • Aptitude for building relationships and collaborating with clients and team members.
