The Guest Relations Executive plays an integral role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and comfort within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized and professional guest services aiming for maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any emerging issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest information and preferences for seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure guests' needs are fully met.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and introduce them to the facilities.
  • Handle special requests, including room assignments and reservations, with care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all guests through personal interaction.
  • Conduct regular follow up with guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage guest feedback and relay actionable requests to improve services.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance their stay.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in delivering exceptional guest relation services.
  • Organize and manage events and special guest-related projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a guest relations or similar role.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using reservations software and relevant hospitality applications.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
