A Pastry Commis is an entry-level position in the culinary field that focuses on mastering the art of pastry-making. Responsibilities

  • Assist in inventory checks and inform the chef of any required stock levels.
  • Learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in pastry arts as required.
  • Handle pastry-related equipment safely and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Participate in menu planning and brainstorming sessions to enhance dessert offerings.

Requirements
