Job Description

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of various processes and facilitate communication within departments. You’ll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in planning and execution of operational strategies. Your role will involve multitasking in a fast-paced environment to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational activities across different departments.

  • Maintain organized records of operational activities and updates for reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of operational reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events essential to operational planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments.
  • Address queries and ensure transparent communication between stakeholders.
  • Aid in inventory management, including tracking supplies and ordering as required.
  • Support senior management in executing operational strategies and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities with the capacity to address issues proactively.
