Responsibilities

  • Assist visitors by providing accurate information about the facility and services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial for success.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is highly valued.
