Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a top-notch dining and service experience for all guests. You will oversee the operations of restaurants, cafes, or catering services, ensuring food quality, presentation, and all aspects of guest hospitality meet organizational standards. The role requires a dynamic leader who can balance operational responsibilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction, team development, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Schedule shifts and allocate tasks effectively to optimize staff resources.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate objectives and feedback.
  • Assist in menu planning and development based on customer preferences and trends.
  • Review financial transactions and solve budgetary discrepancies or issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
