Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of fleet vehicles from acquisition to disposal.

• Collaborate with departmental managers to ascertain transportation needs and solutions.

• Coordinate scheduling of routine maintenance and urgent repairs for all vehicles.

• Negotiate purchase, lease, and insurance agreements with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and licensing documents.
• Provide training and guidance to drivers on safe and efficient vehicle operation.
• Implement and monitor fleet tracking systems for real-time performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of regulations and compliance related to fleet operations.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and related technology tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on details and ability to multitask.
