Responsibilities

• Preheat, operate, and maintain pizza ovens for optimal cooking performance.
• Monitor cooking times and ensure pizzas are cooked perfectly every time.
• Manage portion control for toppings to maintain product cost efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while preparing food.
• Assist with inventory checks and inform the manager of supply needs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality service.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to special requests.
• Participate in staff training and development as required by management.

Requirements
