Exams Officer
The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an Exams Officer to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful school.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Exams Officer to manage internal and external examinations. You will ensure all exams run smoothly and in line with regulations, liaise with staff and exam boards, and oversee exam entries, timetables, and results. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential. Experience with IGCSE and IB is preferred. Join our dynamic school team and help support student success through effective exam administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage all external and internal exams according to official regulations
- Handle exam entries, including special subjects and community languages
- Liaise with staff to ensure timely and accurate exam registrations
- Securely manage and distribute exam materials, papers, results, and certificates
- Create and publish exam timetables and resolve any scheduling conflicts
- Arrange for the collection and submission of scripts, coursework, and predicted grades
- Coordinate special access arrangements with the SENCO for eligible students
- Stay updated on exam board requirements and maintain internal assessment policies
