Estimator and Cost Controller (225-612)

The Estimator and Cost Controller is a critical role within any organization, responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and forecasting the financial requirements accurately. As an Estimator and Cost Controller, you will be responsible for evaluating project plans, estimating the costs involved, and monitoring budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and industry standards.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine financial viability and risk factors.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess project scope and cost implications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in cost estimation and financial planning in a similar industry.
