A Snapshot of Your Day

As an EHS Engineer at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic and collaborative, working closely with project management, contractors, and the EQS team to ensure the successful implementation of the Project HSE Plan. You will conduct site inspections, lead toolbox talks, and provide expert advice to promote a culture of safety and compliance. Your proactive approach will not only enhance HSE performance but also foster a supportive team environment that prioritizes mutual respect and continuous improvement.

How Youll Make An Impact

  • Prepare, Implement, monitor and review the HSE Plan on site.
  • Report monthly to Client and Project Management on HSE performance.
  • Provide expert advice to Project Management, Engineers, Subcontractors, etc, and hold tool box talks & HSE meetings with all HSE representatives on site.
  • Monitor the work sites for unsafe practices and behaviors and ensure compliance with occupational health standards and welfare arrangements.
  • Ensure at all times that all sites are operating in line with the QA procedures, statutory, regulatory and EHS requirements.
  • Abide by and comply with the Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines.
  • Always work and act as team-player and constant sense of mutual support.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate is preferred.
  • Proven skills in promoting compliance and safety culture.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and effective risk management skills.
