Role Purpose: Conduct evaluation visits in nurseries and early years institutions, assessing learning environments, pedagogy, and child wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess quality of learning environments, teaching practices, child development outcomes, and safety/welfare standards.
· Evaluate leadership and management capacity in nurseries and kindergartens.
· Gather and analyse evidence from observations, staff/parent interviews, and records.
· Ensure assessments reflect global best practice and UAE cultural context.
· Document findings in alignment with framework rubrics and reporting templates.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in early childhood teaching, leadership, or quality assurance.
· Demonstrated expertise in early childhood quality standards and frameworks.
· Knowledge of national & international early years curricula (EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.).
· Experience in nursery/kindergarten inspections or evaluations preferred.
