Job Description
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in the day-to-day inspection of incoming raw materials such as foam, fabric, and accessories.
- Supporting the quality control team in both in-process and final product quality checks for cushions and pillows.
- Recording inspection results, noting deviations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Participating in measurement checks including dimensions, weight, firmness, etc.
- Learning and assisting in fabric testing (GSM, colorfastness, pilling, etc.).
- Following up on non-conformities and assisting in root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Supporting the team during pre-dispatch inspections and packaging quality checks.
