About The Role

We are seeking a visionary Director of Public Relations and Communications to lead our communications strategy and elevate our reputation as a premier destination in luxury hospitality.

This is more than a PR role—it’s an opportunity to craft the narrative of a world-class property known for its elegance, innovation, and refined guest experiences. You’ll be at the heart of our storytelling, bringing to life our culinary artistry, award-winning spa, and vibrant cultural programming, all while shaping how the world sees and connects with our brand.

As Director Of PR & Communications, You Will

Strategic Leadership

  • Architect and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with the hotel’s business and brand objectives.
  • Craft compelling narratives that reflect the heart and soul of our property—its people, offerings, and vision.
  • Advise executive leadership on reputation management, crisis response, and strategic messaging.

Media & Influencer Relations

  • Build and nurture top-tier relationships with media, influencers, and content creators across lifestyle, travel, culinary, and luxury verticals.
  • Lead proactive story pitching, press events, and media visits to maximize high-impact coverage.
  • Oversee media inquiries, photo shoots, and interviews with a keen eye for detail and brand alignment.

Digital & Social Media Presence

  • Direct the hotel’s digital voice across web and social platforms, ensuring engagement, consistency, and innovation.
  • Launch campaigns that captivate audiences and expand our digital footprint.
  • Monitor analytics and translate insights into data-driven strategy refinements.

Brand Reputation & Market Insights

  • Lead reputation and sentiment management across media and online review platforms.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, continuously refining positioning strategies.
  • Translate guest feedback and media insights into actionable improvements.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Partner with Food & Beverage and Spa teams to craft promotions that drive revenue and brand affinity.
  • Align with commercial, digital, and operational teams for cohesive messaging across all guest touchpoints.
  • Oversee relationships with external PR and digital agencies, maximizing exposure and storytelling impact.

Corporate Communication & Community Engagement

  • Represent the property across corporate and brand communications.
  • Support meaningful community partnerships and CSR initiatives that reflect our values.
  • Enhance stakeholder engagement and VIP guest communications.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned communications leader with experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brand sectors.
  • A skilled storyteller with a sharp strategic mind and impeccable written/verbal communication skills.
  • A relationship-builder with a deep, global and local network of media and influencer contacts.
  • A confident digital strategist who understands the interplay between earned media, owned content, and social engagement.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and can guide agency partners with clarity and vision.
