Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand and products. They are paramount in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. A Digital Marketing Specialist also identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising. This role requires a high degree of creativity, strong communication abilities, and data-driven thinking to effectively expand and enhance digital footprint.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
  • Design, build, and maintain a company’s social media presence across all platforms.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize, based on the insights gathered from analytics.
  • Research and evaluate the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels.
  • Implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company website efficiently.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with designers and developers to launch compelling online campaigns.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms and websites.
  • Contend with various digital marketing measures to evaluate performance accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing or related field is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking is essential for this role.
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO and SEM strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly for excellent campaign execution.
