Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietitian to join our healthcare team. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized dietary plans, and educating individuals and groups on proper nutrition to support their health and well-being.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' dietary habits, health conditions, and nutritional needs.
  • Analyze medical history, laboratory reports, and lifestyle factors to develop personalized nutrition plans.
  • Design individualized diet plans that consider clients' specific goals, medical conditions, cultural preferences, and dietary restrictions.
  • Provide recommendations for balanced nutrient intake, portion control, and meal timing.
  • Offer specialized nutritional guidance for managing medical conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and gastrointestinal disorders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutrition interventions into patients' overall care plans.
  • Assist clients in achieving and maintaining healthy weight through balanced eating, portion control, and behavior modification strategies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust diet plans as needed.
  • Educate individuals and groups about the importance of proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and the impact of dietary choices on health outcomes.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations on nutrition-related topics.
  • Collaborate with food service providers, schools, and healthcare facilities to develop nutritious and appealing menus that meet dietary guidelines.
  • Provide guidance to athletes and active individuals on optimizing performance through proper nutrition, hydration, and supplement use.
  • Engage in community health programs and initiatives to raise awareness about nutrition and promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of nutritional assessments, diet plans, and progress notes.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for clients, healthcare teams, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay informed about current nutrition research, dietary trends, and emerging nutritional therapies.
  • Attend conferences, workshops, and professional development activities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Registration or licensure as a Dietitian with relevant UAE regulatory bodies.

Strong understanding of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and nutritional needs across different life stages.

Experience in conducting nutritional assessments, developing diet plans, and providing nutritional counseling.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex nutrition information to diverse audiences.

Empathy, active listening, and the ability to establish rapport with clients.

Cultural sensitivity and awareness of dietary preferences and restrictions in the UAE.

Proficiency in using nutrition analysis software and tools.

Knowledge of Arabic language is advantageous for effective communication with clients and healthcare teams.
