We are seeking a dedicated Department Coordinator to join our team at United Al Saqer Group in the Royal International Construction. As a Department Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Coordinate departmental activities and schedules
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Manage departmental documentation and records
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support department managers in various administrative tasks

We are looking for a dedicated Department Coordinator who is a UAE National based in Abu Dhabi to join our team at United Al Saqer Group in the Royal International Construction. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
UAE National with valid Emirates ID
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in administrative roles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
