Our company is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team.   • Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service protocols.

  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Managing multiple customer service channels simultaneously, ensuring responsiveness.
  • Creating and maintaining customer service documentation and FAQs.
  • Assisting with order processing and tracking customer orders as needed.
  • Conducting follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction post-interaction.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably remote.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Experience using CRM software and customer service tools is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High-speed internet connection and a functional home office setup.
