The Credit Card Sales Officer role is a pivotal position within the banking and financial services industry, tasked with driving the acquisition of new customers for credit card products. Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all credit card products offered by the company.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the customer service department to resolve any customer issues swiftly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical selling practices and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports to inform management about sales progress and forecasts.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Keep track of market trends to identify new opportunities for sales and innovation.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost credit card sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Knowledge of credit card products and related financial regulations is a plus.
