Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software programs.
  • Review data for accuracy and make necessary corrections as needed.
  • Verify and validate data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Organize and maintain efficient filing systems to ensure easy data retrieval.
  • Generate and maintain reports and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in compiling data from various sources into a unified format.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data and information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry procedures and systems.
  • Identify errors and report any inconsistencies in the data entry process.
  • Respond to requests for information from the team or management promptly.
  • Prepare documentation and standard operating procedures for data entry activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a data entry or similar administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to spot and fix errors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
