JOB PURPOSE:

To coordinate technical support and sales activities related to cementing services, ensuring alignment between client requirements, operational teams, and product offerings. The role involves preparing technical proposals, supporting tender submissions, providing cementing design solutions, and liaising with clients to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Specific Accountabilities

  • Prepare cementing design recommendations, technical programs, and job proposals based on well data and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with laboratory and engineering teams to validate cement slurry designs and ensure their suitability for field operations.
  • Provide pre- and post-job technical support, including technical analysis, performance reviews, and lessons learned reports.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges by coordinating technical input from various teams.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, technical proposals, and pricing submissions for cementing projects.
  • Ensure accurate cost estimation, technical compliance, and alignment with ADNOC Drilling’s service capabilities.
  • Support the Team Leader, Technical & Sales, Cementing in developing business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing technical queries and ensuring prompt follow-up on service performance.
  • Act as a focal point between cementing operations, laboratory, engineering, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Coordinate technical meetings, presentations, and pre-job briefings with stakeholders.
  • Track ongoing cementing projects, ensuring timely reporting of key performance metrics and technical documentation.
  • Ensure all technical and sales deliverables comply with ADNOC HSE standards and quality management systems.
  • Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives in technical documentation and service quality.
  • Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in cementing operations, technical support, or sales coordination within oilfield services.
  • Strong understanding of cementing services, wellbore challenges, and API/ISO industry standards.
  • Experience in preparing tender proposals and technical documentation for oil & gas clients.
  • Excellent Computer skills, in MS Office package plus ERP software such as SAP.
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English Language.
