Responsibilities

  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations to retain and grow client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a client-facing role within the IT industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of IT services and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining organized client records.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client issues.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and guide clients effectively.
