Job Purpose
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the Strategic Integrations & Planning section, ensuring strategic alignment between organizational objectives and VX projects outcomes. This role is responsible for overseeing PMO operations, driving consistent project governance and reporting, managing key stakeholder relationships, and enabling the successful execution of initiatives, projects, and programs.

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of PMO strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance PMO methodologies, standards, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor project and performance, ensuring alignment with departmental strategy and KPIs.
- Act as a central point of contact between business units and the section to ensure alignment and shared understanding of objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing between project teams and business units to enable smooth execution.
- Support the section’s team in conducting benchmarks and leading on the development of research and statistics in line with the latest and adequate trends to effectively identify pain points and efficiently optimize areas, aiding to deliver enhanced visitor experiences.
- Provide Secretariat support to Visitor Experience-related committees and subcommittees.

- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Take an active role in the EHS initiative.
- Adhere to the DCT Occupational Safety and Health policy, regulations, and laws, and provide help to the Corporate EHS in executing the OSHMS.
- Report any incidents, near misses, occupational illnesses, unsafe practices, and conditions immediately to the concerned person and participate in the investigation of OSH incidents, as required.
- Wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in PMO operations, project/program management, or business relationship management. Experience in a government, tourism, or service-oriented organization is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring, risk management, and governance frameworks.
