Job Description

As a Business Development Executive with expertise in ERP and SaaS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by leveraging your knowledge of enterprise resource planning and software as a service solutions. Your primary focus will be identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and working closely with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive understanding of the ERP and SaaS landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in business development. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP and SaaS markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic business plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business partnerships.
  • Prepare and present proposals that are tailored to meet client-specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets and growth.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss project updates and address any concerns.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
  • Analyze sales metrics to assess performance and optimize future business strategies.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our services.
  • Provide feedback and insights to senior management for business growth strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in ERP and SaaS solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, particularly within the ERP or SaaS sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging with diverse clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
