قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها – جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة يعلن قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها بجامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عن رغبته في تعيين عضو هيئة تدريس برتبة أستاذ مساعد في تخصص الأدب، وذلك في إطار سعيه لتعزيز كوادره الأكاديمية بكفاءات علمية وبحثية متميزة، تلتزم بمعايير الجامعة في التعليم، والبحث العلمي، وخدمة المجتمع. شروط التقديم: أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على درجة الدكتوراه في تخصص الأدب من جامعة معترف بها، وبالرتبة الأكاديمية أستاذ مساعد. تقديم سيرة ذاتية أكاديمية مفصلة تتضمن: المؤهلات العلمية والتدرج الأكاديمي. قائمة البحوث العلمية المنشورة في مجلات محكّمة ومصنفة دولياً (Scopus أو ما يعادلها). المشاركات في مؤتمرات علمية متخصصة. إجادة التدريس الجامعي مع توضيح المقررات التي قام بتدريسها، وأي خبرات في تطوير البرامج الأكاديمية أو المناهج الدراسية. الالتزام بمعايير جامعة الإمارات في البحث العلمي الرصين والنشر في المجلات المصنفة عالميًا. يُفضل من لديه خبرة أكاديمية مثبتة في جامعات غربية مرموقة سواء في التدريس أو في التعاون البحثي. القدرة على المشاركة الفاعلة في خدمة المجتمع وتقديم مبادرات نوعية تخدم الجامعة والمجتمع المحلي. الكفاءة في استخدام التكنولوجيا التعليمية الحديثة واستراتيجيات التدريس المبتكرة. الوثائق المطلوبة: سيرة ذاتية أكاديمية مفصلة. نسخ مصدقة من الشهادات العلمية. قائمة البحوث المنشورة. ما يثبت الخبرة الأكاديمية والتدريسية. أي وثائق داعمة أخرى تعزز ملف المتقدم. The Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the United Arab Emirates University announces its opening for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Literature. The department seeks to attract distinguished scholars who meet the university’s standards in teaching, research, and community service. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Literature from a recognized university and demonstrate solid teaching experience at the university level, with evidence of published research in internationally indexed journals (Scopus). Preference will be given to candidates with proven academic experience at reputable Western universities, whether in teaching or collaborative research. Candidates are expected to contribute effectively to curriculum development, community engagement initiatives, and to demonstrate competence in employing modern educational technologies and innovative teaching strategies. Minimum Qualification

يشترط للتقدم لهذه الوظيفة أن يكون المتقدم حاصلًا على درجة الدكتوراه في تخصص الأدب من جامعة معترف بها، ولديه خبرة مثبتة في التدريس الجامعي، مع نشر بحث واحد على الأقل في مجلة محكمة (ويُفضل أن تكون ضمن قواعد بيانات عالمية مثل Scopus). كما يُتوقع من المتقدم امتلاك الكفاءة اللغوية بالعربية، والقدرة على توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم. وتُعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين ممن لديهم سجل بحثي متعدد في مجلات مصنفة عالميًا، وخبرة أكاديمية في جامعات غربية مرموقة، ومشاركات في مؤتمرات دولية، إلى جانب إسهامات واضحة في تطوير المناهج وخدمة المجتمع. The minimum requirements for this position include holding a Ph.D. in Literature from a recognized university, proven university-level teaching experience, and at least one published paper in a peer-reviewed journal (preferably indexed in international databases such as Scopus). Applicants are also expected to demonstrate strong proficiency in Arabic and the ability to employ modern technologies in teaching. Preference will be given to candidates with a solid record of multiple publications in internationally ranked journals, academic experience at reputable Western universities, active participation in international conferences, as well as clear contributions to curriculum development and community service.

تُمنح الأفضلية للمرشحين الذين يمتلكون سجلًا بحثيًا غنيًا يتضمن عدة بحوث منشورة في مجلات علمية مرموقة ومصنفة عالميًا (Scopus أو Web of Science)، وخبرة أكاديمية مثبتة في جامعات غربية ذات سمعة رفيعة سواء في التدريس أو البحث العلمي. كما يُفضل من لديهم مشاركة منتظمة في مؤتمرات علمية دولية متخصصة، والقدرة على الإسهام في تطوير البرامج الأكاديمية والمناهج، بالإضافة إلى تقديم مبادرات نوعية في خدمة المجتمع. ويُعتبر التميز في استخدام التكنولوجيا التعليمية الحديثة واستراتيجيات التدريس المبتكرة عاملًا مهمًا في ترجيح القبول. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong research portfolio that includes multiple publications in highly ranked, internationally indexed journals (Scopus or Web of Science), along with proven academic experience at reputable Western universities in both teaching and research. Candidates with regular participation in international scholarly conferences, demonstrated contributions to curriculum and program development, and active involvement in community service initiatives will be highly regarded. Excellence in employing modern educational technologies and innovative teaching strategies will also be considered a key advantage.
