The Architect will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly from conception to completion. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for diverse projects spanning residential and commercial sectors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints for each project.
• Lead project teams in design meetings, ensuring alignment with project specifications and goals.
• Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan and within set timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers and construction teams to address technical challenges and resolve issues.
• Research and select sustainable materials and technologies to integrate into building designs.
• Ensure all architectural plans comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
• Prepare project proposals and bid contracts to secure new business opportunities and client engagements.
• Manage project budgets effectively, monitoring costs and making adjustments to project plans when necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance and support to develop their professional skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited program.
• At least five years of professional experience in architecture or related design fields.
• Licensure as a registered architect with a recognized professional body.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed architectural projects and designs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate client and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable construction practices.
