As an Associate in Operations Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our organization through meticulous analysis and reporting. Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze operational data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights into operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic decision-making through the development of data-driven insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement based on analytical findings and feedback.
  • Prepare detailed presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis processes.
  • Develop and implement new reporting tools to streamline operations analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations reporting.
  • Assist in training team members on the use of reporting tools and best practices.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by management or project leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or operational reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings effectively.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
