Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect with a valid registration in the respective region of practice.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar design role.
• Proficiency in architecture software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle client and team interactions.
• Demonstratable experience in leading complex projects from design through completion.
• Thorough understanding of current sustainability practices and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively under pressure.
