Job Description
- Position: Site Engineer
- Work location: Project Wise
- Salary: 8000
- Joining : Immeditaely-available in UAE
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in building and Infrastructure projects (structure & architectural works).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and quality documentation.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and provide on-site solutions to maintain project efficiency.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Conduct inspections to ensure construction standards are met for both structure and architectural finishes.
- Support the project manager in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
